Will a fully accredited online Masters degree be enough to find a community college teaching position?

I’m thinking of going to Golden Gate University online program and when I’m done I will have two Masters Degrees one in finance and one in industrial psychology. The online degree is accredit by the WASC. I also have an undergraduate degree from a highly regarded institution. My work experience is relevant and somewhat impressive. I’m wondering if potential community colleges will discount my online degree? What will my prospects be like?

Can I get into an online or on campus master’s program without completing my bachelor’s degree?

I am now looking into online schools because I dread the time to go back and complete it, mainly because not all of my credits will transfer to the schools that I am applying to. In order to avoid the set back I would really like to jump into a master’s program. I dont want to pay to re-take classes which I have already taken cause I have to think about saving for Grad SchooI since I do not qualify for financial Aid. I am desperate. Please help me!
