Online Masters Programs

I am considering a doctorate at u of phoenix. I recently finished a Masters there but it was on campus. The Doctoral programs however are all online. I am a little unsure about it though. I guess I am a bit of an old fashion student. If someone could shed some light please share………. I just need a little help on this one. If some of you guys could help out I’d appreciate it.

I have a BA in English, but would like to get a Masters in one of the following:
Special Ed./Early Ed.
Social Work
Speech Pathology
I would also like to know if it matters if the school is out of state (for licensing and certification programs). Any online graduates out there that can personally recommend a school? Please be specific, I don’t need more search sites. Thanks!

I am a student from Ohio looking for a Master’s Program that is done online by a college in New York City. Right now, my Bachelors is in Criminal Justice, so if it is a Masters in Criminal Justice, that would be great. If not, almost anything else is fine.
