what is your opinion of online degrees, both bachelors and masters?

Seeking Tuition Free Masters Abroad (prefer online) Sweden or Norway?

I am seeking a tuition free masters “abroad”but prefer it be online. I am highly experienced and work at a university where I can take a few classes here and there, but being able to earn a masters at my age would be more difficult. I want a list of tuition free masters programs preferably online that don’t require a bachelors but will certainly look at other things proving your competence to earn a masters. Thanks!
Can anyone tell me any colleges in New York City that offer online masters degrees?

I am a student from Ohio looking for a Master’s Program that is done online by a college in New York City. Right now, my Bachelors is in Criminal Justice, so if it is a Masters in Criminal Justice, that would be great. If not, almost anything else is fine.
