Please help me to understand how to get the retained earnings…this is my first accounting class online and I really need help..thank you

However, I dont have a lot of time to deal with the going to a college to register, so anyone know any good websites to take an accounting class online??

I am wondering if this class Acct 1 can be taken online without too much difficulty. I really need to do an online due to my work schedule.

What will my challenges be?

I am taking an online accounting class and I am having some trouble figuiring out where some thing go on the multistep income statement. I have an adjusted trial balance, it has a cas hon it, where would that go? How about accumulated deprreciation and Capital and Drawing, were these just thrown in to confuse me? Another thing I am having trouble with is The month ending merchandise inventory where does that go for COGS when there is no beginning inventory, puchases or finished inventory?”

If so, do you think it would have been easier to take it in the classroom? I’m debating which to take.

Is it a good idea? Will i learn? Tests are held in campus. Everything else is online.

P.S. Im a freshman and the class is only an “Introduction to Accounting” …Business Degree Major in Economics
