Online Masters Programs

I currently have a bachelors degree from a brick and mortor school in community commercial recreation. However, I want to teach- I have taught in a preschool setting but not at the elementary level. Do all online masters programs require that you have two years teaching experience before starting their m.s. program? And if not, what is the best online school to attend (I’m lucky enough to be a sahm right now and would love to work on getting my degree while I have the extra time to do so.)

I have my initial certification in NYS, and I am starting to look at graduate programs to complete my Prof. cert. I would really like to do an online program, specifically a M. Ed in curriculum and instruction - children’s literature through Penn State online. Does anyone know if this program meets will meet the requirements considering it is distance learning through another state? It is an accredited program, but I don’t know if I have to get my masters in NYS to get my Prof. cert.
